Your bedroom has a double-sized bed, bedside table; desk with chair; ceiling fan, mirror(s), plus helpful extras including blanket, towels, dirty clothes basket, rubbish bin, and storage containers to help with organisation.
The spacious kitchen includes two fridges, oven/stove, walk-in pantry, toaster, kettle, plates/ utensils/ saucepans, and all cooking equipment (see photos). Also provided is a hair-dryer, washing machine, and iron/ironing board.
You will share bathroom facilities (and the 2 toilets), which are reliably cleaned by professional cleaners fortnightly.
Your rent includes Electricity, Internet, fortnightly cleaners for shared spaces (floors, kitchen and bathrooms), as well as 24-hour access to the on-site home gym (quality treadmill/ bike/ multipurpose rowing machine, weights with bar, step, gym ball, large foam muscle roller; trigger ball, tension elastics, skipping ropes). On-street parking permit available.

2. Sleepovers only on Friday or Saturday.

The house vibe is polite and clean. Your potential housemates have all lived here for 2 years :)
