We have a room with own entrance, kitchenette and ensuite available on the lower level of a 7 bed 6 bath sharehouse.

The house has a shared washing machine, fridges etc on the upstairs level.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the room, so whoever pays the bond and first lot of rent first will take it. We are looking for people who are happy to start paying for the room as soon as it is available
