It is a good sized bedroom (3.7m x 3.1m) in our 2 bedroom apartment where you will have your own bathroom which you will only have to share with guests, as it is the main bathroom. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. It can easily fit a queen bed and a desk. There is air conditioning in the living room with a big tv, large balcony for entertaining or chilling outside on the couch, modern appliances, a good coffee machine, dishwasher, and we get a nice breeze through as it is on the second floor. There is some space in the garage where we can store extra things. There is also a robot vacuum who's name is Wall-E and the possibility of a cat in the future. The apartment is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride to Brookeside or a 8 minute drive down to Stafford Shopping Centre. It is also well connected to public transport as Gaythorne train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are buses that go through as well. This is a really nice townhouse in a very quiet, peaceful area. It has nice carpets, lots of cupboard space, including big built-in robes in all bedrooms, and a good-sized courtyard out the back, with access to some common space behind that. The smaller rooms are kind of regular small-and-square, with really big wardrobes. The larger one has air-conditioning as well and a larger window. There's public transport nearby, good access to major routes, and just a nice feel about the place. The rent is approximate - we haven't fully figured out the divisions yet, but it'll be around that amount. The whole place is only $360. We'll also be renting a fridge and washing machine, which will add another $10 or so each. And of course, there are utilities - we'd pay those as they come, dividing them equally. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the bedroom (these are from the listing), but it has the b-i-r mentioned, nice carpet, pull-down blind on the window, and a fan. As this place is listed to be available now, and the owners have said they'd like it filled by 11th August, it might not still be available after this date. For students without vehicles, getting to UQ or QUT is not too much of a hassle, and it only takes me about 40 minutes to get to UQ (Google Maps says it would take only 30mins to get to QUT Kelvin Grove). Hi there! We are looking for a 3rd housemate in a cute townhouse located in Enoggera! It is available from the 15th of July! The whole townhouse is furnished, you'll just need to furnish your room, however, if you don't happen to have any furniture we can supply the room with a single bed. The measurements for the third bedroom are 2.5 by 3m (not including the space where the built in wardrobe is). There is a ceiling fan, portable aircon for when the heat returns, and a spacious wardrobe! The location is actually super convenient with trains and buses a few minutes walk and only 20 minutes to get to the city! The unit is located very nice and close to multiple fast food options including grilled,subway,sushi,burrito bar,kfc and multiple other ones not to mention being within walking distance to coles and woolworths and a few gyms. Its got a pretty nice new kitchen with heaps of space and cupboards leading all around the place, it also has air-con in the main bedroom and living room. Might look a kinda 70s style unit complex on the outside but it was renovated a few years back so its all nice and new on the inside, the downstairs garage has some of my boxes and a few other bits and pieces but more then enough room for a vehicle.
