Hi, The house is located just beside the army base at Enoggera, 2 services station on either side of the road, a small but convenient shopping centre is within 2 min drive (Gym, bottle shops, bakery, restaurant and take away). You have then 2 bigger centre with woollies, coles and aldi within 5min drive. It's very close and fast to the city, I usually pay $15 in uber if I want to go to the city or valley. The house is all furnished (not the bedroom for rent) with high quality furniture. The yard and deck are very large so plenty of room to enjoy the sun and have nice outdoor dinners. The rent is $160, the internet is $55/month and so far electricity works at about $150/ trimester. The bathroom is large and includes a spa bath and a shower + toilet. There is a large cabinet with lots of shelves for towels, bed sheets etc + space underneath the sink and 4 draws. We will share the bathroom. The bedroom for rent isn't very big but comfortable enough, my housemate has a queen bed, a large wardrobe from Ikea and an office. The room has a small built in wardrobe too. The street is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. You can park your car under the carport or in the street.
