We have just bought a place and are looking for someone to take over our lease mid-Feb/March ongoing. If this isn't possible, sharing until April will be OK while we renovate our new place at Nundah. Its a bright, modern north Facing unit with lots of natural light and beautiful breezes. We haven't needed to use the air-con at all since we've lived here. There's air conditioning in the open plan living space with a fan and fans in all bedrooms. Nice big balcony, which has been great for entertaining larger groups spilling over from the living area. Extra balcony off the kitchen, perfect for a little garden or drying clothes. Non-smoking, no pets. The neighbours are great, can always have a chat and a laugh. We don't hear the neighbours due to the thick walls between units - very private. There are cafes and shops 2 mins walk down the road, with the Gaythorne train station 5 mins walk. Great for commuting and lazy Saturday walks + coffees+ bagels + jaffles... Public transport is very accessible from where we live. Even the train station is just walking distance from home. The area is pretty quiet and our home is not a party house. You can get a good rest when you come home tired from work or from uni.
