Recently renovated apartment close to the train and direct bus to the city and QUT Kelvin Grove. The apartment has air conditioning in the living area, along with a small balcony off the living room. Ive just moved in to this brand new build. NB Its avail from now til Mar 5 for short term stays then after Mar 7 for short or long term. There's 2 apartments in the building, one on each floor. It looks just like a house but with people upstairs. The large grassed yard is exclusive to this unit too. No pets though sorry. There is one carport space for the flatmate in room1 unless they don't have a car then the flatmate in room 2 can use it. Sorry I can't differentiate this on the advert. Theres separate remote air con in each room. Room 1 has a triple builtin wardrobe and room 2 has a walkin. The bed in room 2 is a sofa bed but near new and really comfortable. I have 5* ratings for it on Airbnb. The massive bathroom will be shared by room 1 and room 2. At least half the kitchen and walk in pantry are empty and waiting for flatmates. A park with children's playground is only a few steps away. Bus stop to shops and also city just beyond the park and another at the end of the street.
