We are looking for TWO awesome, respectful, chill housemates. We are accepting of couples but in this scenario, you would need to take both rooms. Alternatively, we're looking for two individuals. The rooms are priced for individuals but please message me if you would like a couples' price for both rooms.

There are two rooms available - the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedroom.

Features of both rooms:
Upstairs room (11.54m2) (3.43m x 3.495m) - $205/wk
* Fan
* Exclusive use of bathroom right next to bedroom
* No built-in robe but can provide a chest of drawers if desired.

Downstairs bedroom (11.99m2) (3.25m x 3.55m) - ($235/wk):
* Air-conditioning
* Shared bathroom with Riley and I
* Large built-in robe, with mirror on door

The prices of the rooms are based on size and amenities.

The house is fully furnished but you're welcome to bring whatever you like (assuming there's room!). Features include:
* two balconies and a patio - one balcony with a hammock, the other with an outdoor dining area, the patio with a small table and chairs
* two fridges for us all to store our food
* fully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher
* air-conditioned throughout
* multiple living areas
* tv includes access to streaming services
* backyard
* shed

We are located on a quiet street. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee off-street parking however there is ample street parking available. The suburb is very quiet, with many facilities surrounding us - including shops, parks, and restaurants.

Please note that the rent does not include bills (internet, electricity, gas, and water) and are to be shared between all housemates. At this stage, water and electricity+gas are unknown however internet is $21.25/month (each).

We can offer a rental rate per week all bills included if that's preferable - please advise if this is desired.

General household disposable items (e.g. dish-washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, etc.) are shared costs between housemates - everyone needs to contribute to for these items. Similarly, everyone is required to help maintain the garden through weeding, mowing, trimming bushes, etc.

There are many local shopping centres close by:
* Brookside Shopping Centre: 10-15 min walk or 3-5 min drive
* Everton Park Shopping Centre: 15-20 min walk or approx 5 min drive

Alternatively, Westfield Chermside is 15-20 min drive, with Indooroopilly Shopping Centre being a 20-25 min drive.

We're also very close to the following train stations - all with park and ride facilities:
* Gaythorne Station: 5-7 min walk, 2-3 min drive
* Enoggera Station: 10-15 min walk, 3-5 min drive
* Mitchelton Station: 15-20 min walk, 5-7 min drive

The house is located close to Enoggera Creek Bikeway and other recreational trails. Gaythorne is a friendly, community-oriented suburb with local cafés, pubs, and small shops nearby.

The lease commenced Fri 6 Feb and we are slowly moving things in, doing a big move on the weekend of Sat 14/Sun 15 Feb, but these rooms are available once you have been approved as a tenant - see below. The agency's admin fee per application is $110 - we aim to split the cost between each of us.
