I live in an awesome unit in Lutwyche. Unfortunately the equally awesome flat mate I moved in with has found employment outside of Brisbane. So, I have taken over the lease and am looking for a flat mate. I’m 38 full time worker, very positive outlook on life and spend half the time at my partner’s place. I’m social but also like my own space. Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit so it’s ideal for sharing. Very close to transport and even closer to Lutwyche City shops, gyms, pubs etc. It’s on the top floor of the complex (Level 5); perfectly secure and stunning view of Coles (lol). The majority of the view is actually very pleasant. Very good sound blocking between and within units. Please note I am potentially the worst photographer in the country. I did my best with the pictures. I will also be making some sleep slight improvements once my current flat mate vacates.
