Great two bedroom apartment in Lutwyche, you would have your own bathroom with a huge double shower, bathroom doubles as a shared laundry, your room is quite large and would comfortably fit a queen/king bed with bedside tables etc... access to 4 gyms about a minute walk away including a boxing gym, coles is about a 200m walk down the road, multiple bus stops around including one at the top of the street and albion station about a 10 minute walk away and the valley is about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. IMPORTANT -Although i do love to go out for a drink, good banter and i am out of the house quite abit, I am in no way looking for a party house mate or for this to become a party house as i wouldn't feel comfortable with people who have friends around constantly or having pre drinks at the house all the time. I am a tidy person, looking for someone the same (cleans the dishes the same night and cleans up after themselves) MUST LOVE CATS - I have two cats, one timid and one very social and loves cuddles, it is very important that you are okay with living with cats and love animals.
