We have had the same lease since 2014 because this sharehouse is awesome. A beautiful house in a great location. Close to everything yet still with a suburban feel. Train and bus are within 5 minutes walk, Cafés, shops and gym within 10 minutes walk. Fully ducted air-conditioning. The room on offer is approx. 3mx3.8m. Comes either furnished with a bed, shelves, clothes rack and wardrobe or unfurnished (no cost difference). There is a great balcony adjoining the room with a table setting outside - perfect for a morning coffee or sunset drink. The house is a 4 bed / 3 bath newly renovated Queenslander in Albion and is fully furnished (but if you want to hang onto your furniture this shouldn’t be a problem). It has a versatile garage which can be used for almost anything. Two lounges and a small yard with a clothes line. A cleaner comes once every fortnight and the yard is maintained by the owner free of charge.
Kedron is a great location. We're very close to Chermside, but also the Northern busway which makes working in the city easy too. Kedron Brook is 1km away if you like to get a bit of nature too. The townhouse is large and open. We have aircon throughout, plus and undercover outdoor patio, and back yard.
Air-conditioning in lounge room, Laundry is downstairs with some storage downstairs also. You would have to take over the bond and go on the lease. There is also covered lock-up garage and is close to public transport (buses).
