Hi there! We will soon have a room available in our nice little house as our housemates will be going back home for a while. The available room is medium sized and comes with air-con, timber floors, a huge wardrobe and a set of drawers. So all you will really need is your bed. You will also have your own bathroom. We have a well equipped kitchen and of course a comfy TV/couch nook. The front deck is also a very pleasant spot to hang out in. The area is great! Living in Gordon Park is fantastic. Close to Chermside Shopping Center, close to Stafford City, 10mins drive to the city (30mins cycling), basically everything you could need is close. We have an incredible view that really needs to be seen to be believed. It's a great space that has been recently furnished. We're sure you'll enjoy living here as much as we do. Bus is within walking distance, about a 3 minute walk and passes at least every 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport. Internet is unlimited and included, as well as Xbox One and Netflix services :D

Close to shops gyms and transport. Myself (Wade) and Aaron (26 & 30) are pretty cruisey, full time working and both play footy on weekends and train during the week.
