Hi there! We have a room available in our cosy rental house that has a bit of a holiday house feel to it. The room is medium sized and comes with air-con, timber floors, a huge wardrobe and a set of drawers. So all you will really need is your bed. You will also have a separate bathroom. Bills (electricity, gas, inernet) are about $20 a week. We have a well equipped kitchen and a comfy TV/couch nook. The front deck is also a very pleasant spot to spend some time. The area is great! It's quiet, green and there is always plenty of street parking. In addition to that, we are very close to the Northern Busway (6 minutes) and the city. The shops are just a short drive or walk away.
