Less than 10mins walk to Lutwytch bus station and Lutwytch shopping centre. Kedron Brook is close if you're into running. You will be sharing one main bathroom (w/ bath tub) with one of the housemates as the other has an ensuite. There's also a 3rd toilet downstairs. There's a big sunny balcony on the 2nd floor.
