About the property
This top-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is an absolute steal for the area! It has 2 balconies attached to the main living area with city views which makes it one of best places to watch the sunset! It is a quiet complex which has locked internal entry stairs for safety.
On offer is the second bedroom, own main bathroom (only used communally for the washing machine/dryer). The unfurnished bedroom includes air-conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. All the living spaces are fully furnished (including the laundry).
The current lease is due to end in late-August, but would be open to extending if an ideal housemate was found! My current housemate is due to move interstate for work with a flexible move out date from mid March to May (open to discussion for the right person).
All bills are split evenly which includes unlimited internet and electricity.
Just a heads-up that the living space isn’t ideal for WFH or full-time study, as there’s no room for a desk.

I’m in my early 30s and work full-time in education, so my weekdays are busy between work, the gym and general life admin. Because of this, home is a place I really value as a calm and comfortable space to unwind. On weekends I love going to the markets, heading to the beach, cooking or binge-watching dramatic reality TV.
I’m friendly, considerate and respectful, and I really value living in a clean, tidy and well-looked-after apartment. I enjoy a chat and hanging out from time to time, but I also value my own space and downtime, so I’d suit someone who’s similarly independent and has a busy lifestyle of their own.
The apartment has a relaxed, low-key vibe and isn’t a party house. I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a peaceful home and would like to share a relaxed, comfortable space.
