Upstairs is the living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. A/C in the living room and each bedroom has a ceiling fan for those hotter days in the summer. Downstairs is the 4th room, garage and laundry. Our house has a great little backyard, and we are animal people so yes pets are considered. The house is well maintained and tidy, we have full internet, and are close to the busway and shops.
