My Partner & I are moving into a new house mid august in greenslopes. Its 5 min walk to the greenslopes busway, & 10 minute walk to IGA. You coukd rent out both small rooms for $95wk each if space is a concern for you.We are only going to rent to 1 person , so there will be a total of 3 people in the house. There is plenty of space in the rest of the house for hanging out :) Unlimited wifi is included in rent. electricity will be split 3 ways but is usually about $10/week.
