It's upstairs with a garage downstairs (we don't use it however you're welcome to if you'd like). We park on the street (free!). It is technically a unit as at the back of the house is a separate house where another guy is living. We don't see him and the only sound you can hear is through the toilet door. We have a brand-spanking new washing machine (it has a 10-minute wash cycle option!!!!!!!) The room: It is a very very small room which is why we're offering it for cheap rent. It could fit a double bed, however, might be squashed. It has a wardrobe and some storage as well. You: We're looking for someone who is busy and out and about (either employed or full-time university student). Would suit a student. Definitely not looking for party people. We like to keep a quiet and tidy household. You must be in your 20's. BILLS, BILLS, BILLS: Electricity comes in the mail monthly and we put it on the fridge and split it. Roughly $160 quarterly.
