About the property
Quaint, tidy, two-level townhouse in a great area, close to city, parklands, Stones Corner precinct and transport infrastructure including M1 ramp access and Greenslopes bus interchange.
House is fully furnished including all brand new furniture and appliances. Kitchen, living and laundry are downstairs, with all bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, with one of these downstairs. There is air conditioning in living space, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The available bedroom is standard size 3.0m x 3.2m with mirrored BIR and ensuite with double size shower (no bath). It is currently furnished with a queen bed which is available to use or can be removed if bed not required.
Small patio outside undercover, with upgrade underway (new turf and decking planned), with outdoor setting to come.
Townhouse is set back from the street so it is very quiet. Only two direct neighbours either side who also own their properties and are quiet (no kids). Plenty of on street parking available.
The house doesn’t have too much storage space (garage is quite small) so not suitable for those with excess belongings or hobbies requiring a lot of space.

Hi I’m Ruby and I’m looking for a housemate to live with me in my townhouse! I currently work part time in Sport and have also recently just finished up in my other part time role which was in the FMCG corporate space for 9 years. I am taking some time off work (the next month or two) before I look for a new role.
About me - I'm very active, at the gym or running most days of the week, as well as walking and exercising my dog Rafa. Friends and family are super important to me- my family live interstate (I grew up in country VIC/NSW) so don’t see them often, but we will visit each other once or twice a year. I love to hang out with my friends, running, tennis, basically anything outdoors, football, coffee, board game nights and card games. I also enjoy cooking, reading and am recently getting into history podcasts and trying to learn how to play golf (so hard🥲) so bonus if you want to come to the driving range with me.
I am an early riser and don’t really stay out late or party, so I am looking for someone who is of a similar stage in their life. I’m independent but also enjoy having a chat /cup of tea with housemates from time to time when we are both home. I’ve made some good friends over the years and it’s always a bonus to find a friend in a housemate if it so happens.
About my dog- Rafa is a border collie cross kelpie, four years old, very affectionate and well house trained. He has had some difficulty with reactivity towards other dogs after being attacked by a dog a while ago but this is something I manage closely when I take him outside of the house. Inside the house where he is safe, he is a very sweet pup and loves pats and cuddles. As we already have one pet, no other pets allowed sorry.
At the moment it is just myself and Rafa living here. I am looking for just one housemate at this time, but I may look to introduce a second housemate further in the future if we are both open to it. But given the size of the house it’ll likely be just us two plus the floofy baby of course!
Timings - I’m flexible as I own the property, but it would be nice to have someone steady in the room for 12+ months.
