About the property
Hi potential roomie, the room is available from the 9th of March, with weekly rent being $267 and bond being 4 weeks rent ($1068). Internet is available for $30 a month, with water and electricity being split quarterly.
Ideally we have someone who will stay until the end of the lease which is in August, where we will discuss possible renewal.

🚗 Own undercover car park with secured gates (they’ve added in gates where the car park opening is since the photo was taken)
🛏️ Room comes with a double bed if you would like otherwise feel free to bring your own
🐱 Teeka is a 6 year old female cat who is very clean. She can be shy for the first month getting to know someone new but will eventually warm up. Liking cats is a must (sorry she’s the boss)
We are open to mostly anyone but couples, individuals must be respectful and clean. Please message me for further questions or to view the property. 😊
