About the property
The house is a private rental with myself as head tenant. I have established a mix culture home for young artists, students, and backpackers. Is fun good vibes home.
We are always a majority female sharehouse. This is for safety and sustainability of household.
The location is awesome. You can walk to woolies, cocos, aldi. Easy access to city, buslines, highways and parklands. I work in the valley and bulimba.
Current rooms available.
1. Medium room upstairs. Double bed. Available end of February. $220.
2. Medium room. Downstairs. Double bed. $220. Available end of January.
Price covers all power, water, internet.
No pets. Unless it's a cute cat maybes

Finally, I will say that when applying for rentals. When asking to view a room in someone's home. This is a moment of fragility for myself and the women that live in my home. Many people offer not enough information about themselves for me to make a judgement call of "safe human" or "danger". I will only respond to those who seem like a safe human.

I like a relaxed home environment free from theft, free from drug abuse, and with wholesome experiences only.
