Our bud is moving out after 2 and a half happy years in the self contained flat adjoining the house. Its had a fresh coat of paint, new kitchen with a fridge, carpet and tiles installed and a semi private deck area. The bedroom is large with a separate bathroom/laundry and storage space. The bus stop out the front takes 15-20mins to get to the heart of Wollongong and the Uni otherwise there is lots of room in the backyard to park if you were to drive and all the street parking is free and very available. The beach is a 600m walk away, the lake is closer and the shopping center is just down the road. Internet is included in the rent but you will pay for the power quarterly for what you use as its a separate meter.

Hey guys! Looking to fill the second room in my spacious two bedroom townhouse in Kanahooka. Located in a quiet complex close to the lake (great for those who love to go running like myself). Modern kitchen and big tv in the lounge room. Room itself is approx 4m x 4m not including the built in wardrobe. I currently have a double bed in there but that can be removed assuming you have one of your own. I have an en-suite so you’ll get your own toilet/bathroom. Plenty of on street parking available. I’m a 31 year old civil engineer, I’ve furnished the place already with all the trimmings so you won’t need much to move in. I’m a laid back guy, social and outdoorsy, love my sport. Very respectful of privacy but would enjoy living with someone I get along with. Rent is $180 a week, bills/internet separately and split 50:50. The house is fully furnished with everything you need, but your room will be unfurnished. A bit about the house: We are a 1 min walk to princes highway bus stops, in a quiet cul de sac. The bathrooms are brand new and really nice; think concrete tiles and rain shower heads! The house is on a flat, corner block and the street is super quiet; heaps of street parking and we also have two off street car spots. Our ideal housemates: Someone chill and who enjoys living in a happy space. Must be able to pay rent on time and keep common areas tidy; this is a newly renovated house so we want to keep it nice! We also have a boat and love wakeboarding so if you're into coming out with us thats a bonus! There are 5 people in the house total (including you), so the two bathrooms will be shared by 2 and 3 people, and bills are split between everyone as they come in.
