An amazing modern house, which is so close to everything. It's an easy bus ride to Wollongong and also UOW/TAFE and we are very close to so many amenities, including Woolworths, restaurants, Pharmacy, bus stops, butchers, Country Grocers, Subway, Dominoes, KFC and Unanderra train station as well as a local RSL- all within 5 mins walk. We have a large entertainment area at the back with plenty of storage and a BBQ, we even have a pool for when the weather gets warmer. We have both heaters and Aircon in the house. **Room for rent** We have a large room for rent in Mount Saint Thomas (right next to Figtree and Coniston and less than 15 minutes from UOW). Attached is a pic of the bedroom - obviously comes unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a deck and backyard. You would be taking over my part of the lease which runs out at the end of February next year, with the possibility to extend the contract. 2 (lovely) female uni students live here at present so another like-minded female would be preferable. Rent is $150 a week. As stated, the house is a 3 bedroom place, but there is a Granny flat out the back with a tenant in it. Although this is a seperate contract, all water bills, electricity bills; internet and lawn mowing is shared between all 4 people. There are no pets allowed as per the lease.
