We're moving into an empty house so we won't have everything up and running until the 7th (ish) but viewings can start from the 25th Jan. The house is pretty large so there's room for anything you want to bring with you and the backyard is pretty large as well. There's also a separate study and a bunch of living space to spread out and cram. Just down the road is a bus stop for the number 40 bus which runs pretty close to UC and stops at Barry Drive (right next to ANU). The house is just around the corner from Jamison Centre and within walking distance from the Macquarie shops.

The room available has a nice view over Belconnen. The room has a queen size bed that was bought only last year. It also has drawers, a desk and a large wardrobe. There is a nice lounge room downstairs, and a big dining table which you can use for dinner parties and things like that. I don't have Netflix right now but you can use your account if you want.
