The unit is fully furnished with sheer curtains to let light in during the day and blackout curtains to block off light at night. You have your own private access to the courtyard which is furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for basking in the sun.

Of note, there is street parking available in front of the unit, and guest parking in the building should you require parking.

I am seeking a housemate (no couples) who loves dogs. I have a lovely 11 year old Staffy cross Jack Russell who is a sweetheart. Bonus if you love dogs!

You must be clean, tidy, and considerate. Of note, it is a smoke free home, and as a house rule, no loud noise after 9.30pm.
