We have a great house in a great area. The sort of place where you can hop down to the local park at midnight and play on the swings, free as a bird (just make sure to confer with me first so our swing-visits don't clash). Our house is on a cul-de-sac so very little road traffic. The room overlooks the back garden and will be regularly visited by the household cat - no extra charge for this service. We split most bills evenly, but you will get -free- access to Netflix under this roof. The house has been a shared house for many years and if you're lacking any bits of furniture, we can almost certainly dig it out of the shed.
