Furnishings are flexible and happy to compromise for the right flat mate and can put a double bed in the room or rent unfurnished. If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have taken over this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden planted with a range of herbs and veg for the discerning cook. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this is in the process changing as I am in the process landscaping it over the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and normally sized bills will be included in the price (I do have a bit of a fair use policy though). The good news is that if you don't enjoy that kind of thing, then this is a great place for not doing so. The house is in St Morris, which is a friendly, quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes east of the city, 10 minutes from Morialta and Mt lofty and near to some lovely eateries and cafes. The 106 Bus enters directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 15mins to get into the City in off-peak times. The 106 Bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 15mins.
