About the property

The house is large with a central located kitchen. Our room is at the far end of the house and has an ensuite, so we don’t use the main bathroom at all.

The available room/s are towards the front of the house. Can be furnished or unfurnished, and we’re happy to move things around a bit to accomodate needs.

The backyard is our favourite spot, as it backs on the university campus park grounds, with lots of trees and birds, rather than the boxed in feel of suburbia.

We have an outdoor cinema setup for summer nights, and a large lounge room with PlayStation and Switch.

Kitchen in large, with a fancy lil barista espresso machine that we utilise daily ☕️

We’ve chosen to set fixed rental prices with all bills included, and the weekly amount will not change based on how many rooms are occupied — so rent won’t increase if someone moves out, for example.

About the flatmates

Hi there!

We’re an easy going couple living in Magill near the uni SA campus.

I’m currently undertaking my PhD in Anthropology, while we both take on small business projects on the side.

We love spending most of our home time outdoors in the backyard sipping tea and enjoying beautiful birds that visit our yard each day. We both enjoy a bit of gaming, and live a good Netflix binge.

Our cat Poe is the heart of our home. She is very friendly and relaxed, never scratches or bites, and just goes about her day being cute.

We are both smokers, so would want to have a housemate that isn’t bothered by that to avoid any issues.
