Not your typical sharehouse, you'll only sharing with 1 other person (Gracey - me!) - I'm friendly and love a good chat but also respect personal space and privacy. The place is 2 storey with a big backyard and balcony, lots of space for the two of us!

I've just moved into the place so I'm still setting up and creating the vibe ~ I'm getting more furniture, and planning to update some pieces. There's a chance to share your opinion and have input into how you think the space would work if you'd like but also zero pressure 😊.

Looking for a female housemate, ideally 25+ who would love to create a relaxed and cozy home filled with music, books and art. It's not a party house, but I enjoy being social and having the occasional dinner / charcuterie / movie night with friends.

I would love to have house dinners when we can but also respect personal space & down time. I enjoy cooking but am a little rusty!
