The room is a good size 4 x 3.5 mt 2, with an ensuite, it has ceiling fan and lots of ventilation from large windows. Nice quite and leafy area, easy walk to beaches and waterfronts of both Margate, and Woody Point. The house has ceiling fans, and air conditioning, modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a large covered outdoor area for entertaining.
The house is large and spacious it has flyscreens and fans everywere. It backs onto an open parkland and is situated at the end of a cul de sac so is very quite and peaceful with no traffic noise whatsoever. We have a ping pong table, boxing bag, hammock, outdoor entertaining area and the park behind the property has a basketball court and free gas BBQ. It is a 10min walk to kippa ring train station. 5min drive to Redcliffe beach and lagoon 10min walk to shopping center with coles/woolworths/k mart/hairdressers/ various banks /cinema/dan murphys etc We would prefer someone that is in full time employment and has normal work hours of anywhere between 6am- 8pm.
