I’m looking for a single professional to join me on a 12-month lease starting at the end of March, as my current housemate moves on to new and exciting opportunities.

The room:

- Large bedroom with built-in wardrobe

- Air-conditioning & ceiling fan

- Private bathroom with shower & bathtub

- Separate toilet for your own use

The house:

- Large open-plan kitchen & lounge

- Second lounge / front room – plenty of space

- Third bedroom currently used as an office / guest room
This third bedroom /office would be great if you work from home and would like to set up as your office. Small extra contribution can be discussed.

- Laundry with plenty of storage

- Lock-up garage (fits two medium cars or can be used for storage)

- Verandah + small backyard with shed & clothesline

Location:

- Quiet, safe cul-de-sac

- Close to Dolphin Stadium, Coles & local shops

- 10-minute walk to the beach

Rent & lease:

$375 per week each

- 12-month lease from end of March

If you need to move in before end of March, the office can be temporarily set up as a bedroom. Reduced rent applies during this short period, until the lease begins.

Single professional woman, working in education

Clean, tidy & respectful

Someone who treats home as a place to relax and unwind
