Great location to the beach with Outdoor/Indoor layout complete with private sunroof, large balcony, three indoor/outdoor dining tables and 290 degree views. NBN is connected and major shops and transport within 500 metres. Quite and private property with great neighbours and amazing views of ocean, bay, hinterland and Brisbane city. Note: This is a fully furnished apartment. Majority furnishings by me and some by the owner. New carpets, appliances, home entertainment on both levels. There is a Queen Size bed. All you need is your own linen Initial rent is paid two weeks in advance, and then paid weekly in advance thereafter. Notice period is two weeks by either party. Bills is separate to weekly rent (i.e. Cleaner - fortnightly, Electricity - quarterly, Hot Water - quarterly). Bond is $760, paid up front with initial two weeks rent ($760). Sorry, no additional pets allowed and parking is on-street only.

About the flatmates
Hi, I am a healthy, fit and working 60 yo professional. I have moved back here for lifestyle reasons after spending past 30 years living & working around the world. I live an outdoor/indoor life, meaning sunroof or outside balcony. I smoke occasionally with a drink and restricted to 2nd floor rooftop area only. I have a non-allergenic miniature Poodle (1 yrs old) that is my world. My preference is to share with a full-time / working student, professional, flight attendant / shift worker/ FIFO or contract tradie whom also leads an active life. I am very social outside home (cheeky, curious and extravert personality), and live quietly and peacefully when home, often sitting upstairs. Not a big TV watcher unless its a good Netflix series or doco or news/current affairs as I am interested in global events, cultures and newsworthy stories. I love to cook and BBQ and known for finer wines and french bubbles or mixing cocktails. Easy going and chilled person and happy to open my home to a genuine, polite, tidy, well mannered and employed person. Note: Weekly rent excludes all bills, including NBN. To give you an idea of bills, you will need to budget Hot Water $100+ a month, Origin Energy $100+ a month, Cleaner $60 a Fortnight. I am open to a couple for 2 months maximum, but rent per week will be $600 and Bond $1200. No drugs whatsoever. References will be appreciated.
