Townhouse is near palais hotel and there’s a view of the sea (literally 20 metres) from front porch across the road. Will suit someone that likes the beach/ outdoors. It’s great as you can pretty much walk everywhere you need to including Foodland and everything semaphore road has to offer. There’s a few train stations around the area to get to the city if need be.
Hey guys! Sadly, our housemate of 2+ years is moving on to big and better things :( so we're looking for one person to occupy the biggest room in our place close to Semaphore Beach. (Will be 3 flatmates including yourself) Aircon in the lounge room, ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Built-in wardrobe and 2 nice big windows. Must love dogs as we have 2 super friendly and gorgeous ones :) - they're not in the the house but you will have to coexist and share the yard

Semaphore is a beach-side suburb, vibrate with community events, shops and offers a cafe lifestyle. Public transportation is three minutes to the nearest railway line. It is a 10 minute walk to awesome cafes at Semaphore or Largs Bay. The train is literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. 25min ride to city. Bus is 5 minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely gardens in which to relax with fruit trees and a vegie/herb patch. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, dining table and casual seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom includes a shower over the bath and hand basin. Toilet is separate and located off the laundry. Extra freezer and washer and in laundry. Dryer and additional undercover clothesline in the shed. Eat in kitchen and also separate dining area. Separate 2nd living are/study with tv available to share with other housemate. We are an 8 minute walk from train line that goes directly to the city, about 5 minutes to bus stop, an 8 minute walk to Semaphore and Port Adelaide for shopping, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office and hotels. Situated a few minutes’ walk to a community park, close to Semaphore Beach/Largs Bay and the Port River. Lots of great walking spots. Room is available for a single person, preferably on a 9 to 5 schedule. No pets (I already have 2). 2 weeks rent upfront plus a $300 bond before moving in. Move in date is after 25th August. Room is available until around the 15th December 2019 (owner is doing a small renovation late December early January).

This property is an ideal location and has everything you need within 5 minutes. Westfield shopping centre, gyms, jogging tracks, beach, supermarkets, Semaphore just down the road, parks, buses. The house is 3 bed 2 bath. Youll have the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Its on the eastern side of the house and stays quite moderate even in the summer time. Shared kitchen, pantry, fridge and living area.
The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a back and front yard that is secure. It is located 3 minutes walk to Westlakes lake, and within walking distance to super market, pub, and small shops and eateries. The room is unfurnished and unfortunately no wardrobe either. Unlimited internet is included in the rent, electricity, gas and water usage will be split. There is off street parking in a car park available a short walk to the home. I’d expect a respectful, clean and tidy house mate, any aggression or irresponsible behaviour won’t be tolerated. Person must be dog friendly as m dog Ruby lives here.
