The location of this beachfront old double story cottage cannot be beaten, with a balcony and view of the beach/parks it’s something to behold.
70 metres from the Main Street with a massive variety of eateries, 100 metres from the beach/parks, 300 metres from the bus stop, 1.2 kms from the train station and only 20 mins from the CBD it’s a very central location that has everything one could need.
About the rooms:
There are 2 x rooms currently available. The main bedroom (bottom floor, ocean views, biggest room in the house) can be rented for $300-$350 per week for one person, or $500-$550 per week for a couple.
The second room (second story) can be rented for $270-$300 per week for one person.
I’m looking for 2 x people maximum (so either a couple in the room on the bottom floor, or 2 x people for the 2 x rooms available).
