Our house is massive, with a bar located downstairs, air con in the living room and downstairs, a massive backyard, and close to shops (woolies, pizza hut, subway, chemist, bottle shop, sushi train, gym, and other fast food shops). The place is fully furnished but could accomodate smaller items such as shelving or decorative items. Located upstairs is the kitchen, living room, bathroom and our bedrooms. A second toilet is located downstairs, as well as a kitchenette area, second living room, laundry, and internal garage. (this kitchenette area is used for my dog supplies and an extra freezer). We love this house, everything is right about it. Great location, fantastic space, sizeable rooms and heaps of storage!! The hedge gives the house lots of privacy and there is a nice little balcony for entertaining. We are looking for our own space so, the two of us have decided to move out. Apply for one of the rooms or both rooms would be perfect for a couple. The main room has blackout blinds, ensuite with double vanity and built ins. The second room has built ins and a big window for light and fresh air. The house is 2 mins from Ashgrove shops, Woolworths etc and has a bus stop right out the front.
