We live in a cute, sunny little renovated Queenslander in the heart of Bardon. We are a short stroll from all of the Paddington cafes/restaurants and shops and you pretty much just walk out the door to catch the bus. The house has a large front deck with a BBQ where we enjoy winding down and having a few beers at the end of the day or having a BBQ on the weekend. The house has a large kitchen with all basic appliances and dishwasher, as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer. We get a beautiful view during the day over the trees down a little valley. The main living area also has AC and gets heaps of sunlight during the day! The house is 4 bedroom however we leave the fourth bedroom as a spare room for friends to crash and storage.

Your new room has aircon, a ceiling fan, large windows with lots of natural light and air flow, very spacious (can fit a king size bed + couch + desks and wardrobe.) and hardwood floors! The house itself is a two storey, all housemates live upstairs but downstairs is completely free for any storage or usage you need. There is undercover parking as well. We are located 2 minutes walk from Bardon Central which has the 61/375/385 bus stops to the city/valley/Southbank, and 10 minutes walk from Paddington Central which has Woolworths, cafes and everything else. The house has ADSL2+ with recently repaired wiring so it's quite fast. Bills are additional to rent but are quite cheap - Internet is $20 a month, gas/electricity is quarterly and usually quite low. We don't really have any house rules apart from clean up after yourself and be a nice person! The lease will be re-signed in January commencing from 1/2/2017 so you must be willing to sign on to that. If anything occurs during the year the real estate is quite accomodating and it is only a small fee + finding a replacement if you must relocate.

The bedroom available has its own bathroom (own shower, basin and toilet), built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and city views. The complex also has a small pool. There is plenty of on street parking in Crawford St, access to the block of apartments via a side entrance. I am a 25 y/o M working full time in the allied health industry. I'm hoping to attract a person with a sustainable income who wants to come home to an enjoyable environment and takes pride in their home. Outside of that I like to stay active and have fun over the weekend. I have no preference of gender, no pets and smoke outside.
