Hey all, We have a great room available right on the border of The Gap and Ashgrove (lovely part of the world!) Will be available from the 4th February, but we're flexible! Pets are okay but we’d have to meet them first and would need to be outside or downstairs. Smoking is okay, but outside only. It's $170 per week, bills will be on top and split three ways. It's one beautiful suburb and is home to a lot of old 'Queenslander' style houses - workers cottages, iron roof tops etc. Stunning Mt. Coot tha is just a stone’s throw away, literally at the end of the road! So there's plenty of walking tracks etc on offer. Enoggera reservoir at Walkabout Creek is also only 10 mins away for those hot summer days! The Gap Village is 5 minutes away and has supermarkets, Italian, Indian and Thai restaurants plus many more shops. Ashgrove shops are just 5 minutes away too. So get up and do what you have to and want to when you want. If its loud I'll tell you and you'll tell me. Rules are don't interfere with the dog and his safety eg keep gates closed and pay the rent/expenses on time.
