My home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy suburb of The Gap. With its high pitched roof and balcony, the house can be a pleasant relief from the typical Brisbane Summer. There are currently 3 rooms available on the top floor. New locks have been placed on all bedroom doors to ensure your privacy. Each room has a single bed, desk, lamp, wardrobe, full length mirrors; air conditioning; louvred windows. The largest room ($215/wk) is the original Master Bedroom of the house so it can fit a King size bed in there. The second largest room can fit a queen bed. If you have your own furnishings, the room(s) can be left unfurnished for you. Unlimited wifi provided. Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils + pots/pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, fridge and dishwasher. Laundry has a washing machine - there's a fully functioning clothes line out the back. There are two balconies balconies. There is plans to put a BBQ on one of them but I haven't quite got there yet. Public transport: my home is a bout a 10 min walk to settlement road bus stops, where you can catch the 380 direct to the city, or walk up to waterworks road to catch the 385 express to the city. Both bus routes also stop at The Gap Village, where you'll find a Coles, Aldi and other stores.
