I am looking for 1 (possibly 2) housemates to move into this big house in the Gap. Close to public transport, walking tracks and shops. Earliest move in date would be around 19/12. As you can probably tell from the photos, the house has a 70s vibe but is in great condition, with some quirky features incl. a pink bathroom and other random features you'd only find at your grandma's house. But it's a great sized house with multiple living areas, a back yard and undercover parking. Check out the floorpan for an idea of the space/ layout. The bedroom in the photos is the one available and has a HUGE built in robe and a ceiling fan (the air con unfortunately doesn't work). Will easily fit a queen bed + desk/ dresser + bedside tables. There's also a small 4th bedroom that can be used however we want (shared storage space/ guest bedroom). We also have a cool rumpus room and bar downstairs to chill out in.
