It's not a party house as occupants are professionals all in their 30's. Enjoy gaming and trading and walking the gorgeous dog Nixie. A lovely sanctuary to enjoy peace and solitude and there are hiking trails from close by up Mt Cootha. Supermarket within walking distance.

Hi and welcome to all things "The Gap".
You will be sharing the house with other lodgers.
There is 1 x private room on offer and share a bathroom (exclusive to the 2 rooms upstairs).
Suited to professionals and also to students.
The owners son lives in the unit under the house and this is also where the owner will stay for the odd night when in Brisbane.
Shared laundry with washing machine is also downstairs.
