This is a large, modern and well lit two bedroom apartment just out of the CBD which has been recently renovated. Its fully furbished (including the bedroom) has a lot of natural light and is only a 5 minute walk to Hutt St with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is secure parking available on site and is really easy to get around by public transport, walking or car.
