Due to unforeseen visa issues my current housemates are leaving at the start of October (first few days, I will update when confirmed), which is tricky timing since the lease for the place ends on the 1st of November lol. So what this means is that I'll have a short term room for rent for about a month between these times :) It's a really great place located on Rundle Street with about a 5 minute walk to the city or 10 minutes to the University of Adelaide! Rent works out to be $245 per week for singles and $150 per person per week for couples) and bond is $800 Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, there is a nice balcony and we have access to a pool, gym, spa and sauna :) It's got everything needed to live, kitchenware etc, spare double bed mattress available but no frame. Again with the bad timing, but I'll be away from the 22nd til the 30th or September which makes inspections difficult but happy to organize my current housemates to show it to you if you like! :) :) :)

Our apartment has two bedrooms, a study, kitchen, bathroom and also a nice big lounge and dinning room plus a great balcony. There's a massive backyard and veggie patch area. The location is great with heaps of parks, food places, cafes and supermarkets really close by and getting into the CBD is about a 15 min bike ride or 10/15 min drive depending on the traffic. At the moment with our current room mate our total rent is $210 a week so $70 each a week! Our landlord has said this may be a bit more with another couple but still would be cheaper in comparison to most places.
