Toorak Gardens, Adelaide

Private room with shared bathroom

About the property

The unit is arguably on one of the leafiest streets in Adelaide. It has street parking available, and a small backyard and garden bed for the avid gardener.

The room is quite small, and would only be suitable for a single bed. It comes unfurnished but I can lend a camping bed if required.

There is a photo of the room - and the desk will be removed once I have found someone to move in.

Bond is 1,020.

I am flexible in terms of length of stay but short term stay will attract larger weekly rent.

You will be either working full time (or equivalent hours) or studying full-time. This is not a party house, and given the size of the unit, it is important that we respect each other's space and privacy. I also like to keep all shared areas clean.

The place is fully furnished except the spare bedroom. I am happy to make room and you will have your own allocated space - I have plenty of cupboard space!

I am ideally hoping to find someone who is willing to take over the lease within the next 12 months as I am looking to relocate back to Vic.

Feel free to reach out with any questions you have. Please tell me a bit about yourself if you are interested in checking it out!

About the flatmates

My name is Daniel, I am 28 years old, and I have been living in Adelaide for 5 years now. I am working full time as an accountant.

My interests in my free time are running, where I run around the parklands most mornings, and cooking on the occassion. I have also taken up golf every other weekend.

I have plenty of sharehousing experience, and I am hoping to find someone with similar experience to live with.
