This brand new townhouse is beautifully styled and ready for you to move in. Westfield with Coles, Kmart etc is a 3 minute walk, a tram is a 10 minute walk, busses at the front door, airport is a 10 minute drive, factory outlets are a 5 minute drive, heaps of gyms including F45 around the corner plus new walking tracks and big parks. The available bedroom is on the upper level with the living space and kitchen. It has a large ensuite with a spa bath and shower, built in robes and room for a Queen bed. The bedrooms/bathrooms are located on seperate floors and so allow for a little privacy when required. The upstairs is airconditioned and has ducted heating and the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and a shared fridge. There is a washing machine in a small laundry and a clothes line out the back. There is a garage that has space for 1 car (possibly two small cars, but this theory has never been tested. It's currently used for storage only) and there's space to park in the driveway. Currently myself and the vacating tenant use the driveway and park on street. I'm happy to discuss parking arrangements however. House is also convenient for Tulla/Calder Freeways and Ring Road. So its quick to get to the Airport and into the city. There are resident cats who are very affectionate. They will give you love so be prepared. The cats are indoor/outdoor cats but only allowed out in the backyard which has cat nets to prevent them from roaming. There is no litter tray inside the house as the cats have permanent access to the enclosed space out the back. Some caution would be required to make sure they do not get out the front door.

The apartment is clean, cool, and very recently built. We have all the things needed for a home, you'd just need to furnish your room. We have a big balcony and your room also shares a balcony with Dylan. We live above a big group of shops! Post office, cafes, chemist, small grocery store, 2x bottle-o's, and a bunch of takeaway food. Also, our house is above a firearms shop so it's basically the perfect place to be if a zombie-pocalypse happens. The room is about medium sized, comfortably fitting a queen bed, two bedside tables and a shelving unit, carpeted, and comes with a BIR. It comes completely unfurnished. We also have a storage cage that has a reasonable amount of space if you needed some extra storage.
