Is a room available if office privacy is required , we can discuss use. However the lounge dining room is very large and useful.
I’m an active semi retired artist. Often away for periods however when not I work from home. I play tennis a couple of nights a week, love to cook and enjoy music. My housemate is here only 60% of the time and pans quiet respectful 27 year old lady.
