The spare rooms are situated at the bottom level of the house and have views out over the garden. They allow for lots of privacy. Guest toilet + shower is upstairs, and there is an extra toilet downstairs. Plenty of on street parking but it is a quiet road. Big kitchen fully equipped. However, WE DO NOT COOK MEAT IN THE HOUSE AND OUR GUESTS ARE USUALLY VEGETARIAN OR DO NOT COOK MEAT DURING THEIR STAY. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. The only window faces the back garden so is quite well insulated from the street noise on Macquarie. You'll share the downstairs bathroom with one other person. There's plenty of storage for your bathroom products and linens. There's plenty of space to relax and chill out - there's even a back yard with a veggie garden and compost area, and a covered courtyard with BBQ if you want to get outside. We have high speed NBN. It rocks. (Bills are not included in the rent). Finally, there are only 2 parking permits available for the house and both are taken :( Perhaps not a sad face if you have alternate forms of transport! Currently a quiet share house, just me and another fellow - both pretty busy and out of the home a lot. We are not worried about noise, but its very peaceful at the minute.
