Hi! My partner and I are looking for someone to join our home. We both work in hospitality, so our schedules include a mix of early mornings and late finishes. When we’re home, you’ll often find us pottering around the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or tucked away in our rooms — we’re present and social, but respectful of each other’s space.

The house is a lovely 1920s home, with plenty of light and a cozy atmosphere. The room is decently sized and has garden views, a large wardrobe as well as a queen bed with a nice mattress and bedside table. (Flat top with no drawers) - we’ll likely be able to provide a tv as well.

We’re after someone who’s after a cozy and easygoing home environment. We enjoy the occasional dinner or drinks night with friends, after work, and you’re welcome to do the same. We just ask for the usual consideration with noise during later hours.

We love cooking, reading, playing table games, and heading out for a hike when the weather’s good. Shared meals are always welcome but never expected.

We keep the house clean and tidy, without being obsessive about it — just the usual respect for shared spaces.

Please note: rent listed is for a single person. If you’re a couple, the rent would increase slightly to reflect shared use of the space Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed as part of our lease, though we’ll be cat-sitting for a couple of weeks depending on your move-in date.
