We're currently looking for one other house mate to join us as our last housemate has just left. The room is quite big (can fit a Queen size double bed), desk and closet. The house is a 5 minute drive to Garden City, a 2 minute walk down the hill to the 180/185/179 bus stop which gets you to Brisbane city in ~30-40 minutes. We also currently have the NBN (HFC) connected to our house. We're on a 100/50 Unlimited plan (which speed tests to around 95/40). This costs $30 a month but if you're not that much of an internet hog like the 3 of us previously were we can work something out. Bathroom and toilet is shared between the 3 of us, has a shower and bathtub. Large lounge area and reasonable sized dining area. Kitchen has plenty of cupboards and pantry space. Great view from the front balcony which opens up from the lounge room sliding door. Downstairs 2 car garage has a separate toilet and shower but are rarely used. Plenty of storage space there too. We have all major essentials (TV, fridge, washing machine, couches, dining table/chairs). The room is all you need to fill!
