I have two rooms of differing sizes available from late March/early April. Both rooms have a lot of built in wardrobe space and come with a bed and a few pieces of furniture like chest of drawers, lamps, etc. if you want to keep them. The house is located in Watsonia and is walking distance to supermarkets, Watsonia shops, the 513 and 566 busses and Watsonia Station (Hurstbridge line). La Trobe University and Greensborough Plaza are a 5-10 min drive away. The house has everything you'd expect in terms of washing machine, dryer, stovetop, microwave, fridge, oven, etc. as well as air conditioning, heating and a wood fire. Fairly big backyard with some nice shaded spots if that's your thing! I also have a cat so you must be animal friendly!

We have every latest generation console (and a few previous generation consoles too), Playstation VR (that's right, Virtual Reality), a ton of movies, shows and anime available (plus some great people to share it with too!). - Inbuilt heating vent system throughout the entire house. For those upcoming winter days. - An inbuilt, internal vacuum system. Basically the house is literally a giant vacuum cleaner! It's really cool. About your room: - Your very own walk in closet attached to your room. - Your very own ceiling fan. - Your room light (and fan) that is controlled by a remote!!! Hi there, welll the house is a lovely characteristic heritage listed huge 3bm house with a sunroom and 2 garages, heaps of space for storage or whatever.. huge back & front yard with fruit trees & chirpy birdys. The house has italian wallpaper and kitch stuff like an ironing board in a cupoboard! Across the road is a HUGE park, I dont even know where it ends.. great for bike rides! We all do our own thing so no pressure on social stuff tho of course the odd chat in the kitchen over a cuppa from time to time. Also a 14yo cat lives here, she's lovely but doesnt like other animals sorry. Theres a servo next door which shuts at 10pm each night, handy for ice cream runs :P The room can come unfurnished if you like but atm theres a queen size bed and cupboards and a table in there :)
