About the property

‼️ ROOM AVAILABLE IN YALLAMBIE (NEAR HEIDELBERG AND GREENSBOROUGH)!!! ‼️

🏡 Looking for a 4th Roommate – Lease Transfer (from 20 Feb)
Hi! We’re three girls looking for a fourth roommate to take over a room in our place via a lease transfer starting 20 February.
We’re a close-knit household and really value a comfortable, respectful, and friendly home vibe. We’d love to find someone who has lived out of home before, is clean, communicative, and happy to be part of a shared space (while still doing their own thing too!).

🌳 The place:
The neighbourhood is family-filled and welcoming, with our house located on a quiet street and surrounded by very friendly neighbours. At the end of the street there is a McDonald’s and a 7/11 with a fuel station, the nearest train station is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride away, and the city is only a 30 minute train trip. All major supermarkets including Coles and Woolworths are within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and Northland Shopping Centre is just 10-15 minutes away.
!! Although the street itself is quiet, there is currently a big build happening at the end of our street which can be noisy, but we have gotten used to it and barely notice it now.

🏠 The house features four bedrooms and one bathroom, with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It’s equipped with ducted heating throughout, a split system and air conditioning in the lounge, plus a shed, deck, and garden for outdoor space. Parking is well covered with an undercover carport that fits two cars, a driveway space for one car, and ample street parking available.

About the flatmates

🧍‍♀️Ideal Housemate:
We’re looking for a female in her early 20s or at a similar life stage who is keen to settle in long term for at least 6 to 12 months. Ideally, you will have previous share house experience and be friendly, open minded, and respectful of shared spaces and personal belongings. We would love someone who enjoys a fun, relaxed home with movie and game nights, the occasional drink, and being spontaneous with us, while also valuing independence and good communication.
