A peaceful house surrounded by gum trees! Are you looking for a warm, friendly co-operative LGBTIQA+ household with a balance between independence & connection? Imagine coming home to a house that feels like you're living at a queer bush retreat!

THE HOUSE
A comfortable spacious home with large windows offering relaxing leafy views from every room, floorboards, ducted heating/cooling, large living room with views of trees, kitchen with large dining overlooking patio & garden.

YOUR SPACE
You get 2 adjoined rooms! A large bedroom + study OR a cosy bedroom + your own private loungeroom! It's a couple's retreat! (They will come unfurnished so you can set them up however you like!)

There are 2 steps down from the hallway into your rooms. There's a thick brick wall between you & the rest of the house for extra privacy.

The large room with sliding glass doors out to the deck (currently has a couch in it in photos) is 4.2m x 3.6m.

The connected room with large built-in robes (currently has a queen bed in it in photos) is 2.4m x 2.3m

THE HOUSEHOLD
While the vibe is a peaceful, well-loved, sanctuary for mature, experienced sharehousers (NOT a party house), it's also a social space where friends/partners drop by for cups of tea & there are some regular shared meals, chats & laughs.
