Short-Term Rental – Brompton Townhouse (Please Read Carefully Before Responding)

1 - 4 month only.

We have a furnished bedroom available in our clean and quiet Brompton townhouse for a short-term stay. This is ideal for someone who’s independent, respectful, and happy to contribute to a tidy and relaxed home environment.

🛏️ About the Room & House:

- Queen bed, ceiling fan, drawers, and clothes rack (linen optional)
- Shared bathroom (separate toilet, plus a second toilet downstairs)
- Street parking available for one car
- Outdoor deck with BBQ and furniture
- Sharing with two late 30's females (couple)
- Fully furnished home with TV, fridge (plus your own bar fridge), washing machine, microwave, kitchenware etc.

We’re a friendly, easygoing couple who both work full-time. Weeknights are usually quiet and relaxed. We’re social (but not a party house), enjoy the beach, getting outdoors, and keeping a clean, peaceful home. We have a 1 year old King Charles Cavalier dog who is very much a part of the home.

📍 Location Perks:

8–10 min walk to Hawker St Bus Stop 9.
10–15 min walk to Bowden Station, free tram, Plant 4, cafes, gyms, and more.
Close to the RAH – ideal for hospital staff or students on placement.

💰 Rent (incl. bills):

Single: $300/week
Couple: $380/week
Bond: 1 weeks’ rent upfront
