Hello, my name is Krishna. I’m a 27-year-old doctor currently living in Brompton while also undertaking further tertiary study. My current housemate will be moving out to his own home, and I’m looking for someone to take over his space.

The arrangement for $350/wk offers two bedrooms for your exclusive use, along with your own private bathroom and an undercover car park. The shared living areas are fully furnished; however, you’ll need to furnish your own bedrooms.

Utilities (approximate):
Internet (FTTP): $80/month
Gas: ~$200 every 3 months
Water: ~$100 every 2 months
Electricity: ~$15/month (the property has solar with battery storage)

I value a clean and well-maintained home and would expect the same from my housemate. I am vegetarian, and while I’d ideally prefer to live with someone who is also vegetarian, this is not a dealbreaker.

The room will be available from mid-April 2026.
