About the property
We’ve recently renovated the whole house so it’s looking pretty fresh. It has central air conditioning and heating.
The spare bedroom is 12.6m2 and has a built in wardrobe.
There’s a big front yard and big back yard, lots of storage space in the shed. If you have a car there’s plenty of space to park in the front yard, and an electric gate to keep it secure.
We’re pretty close to the airport but there’s hardly any noise. Also being close to the airport means you never have to wait for more than a few minutes for an Uber. We also have a bus stop outside our house that will take you to the city pretty quickly, or to the beach in the other direction.
I do a general clean once a week - bathroom, kitchen, floors, etc so there’s no cleaning roster or chores we’ll ask you to do, other than cleaning up after yourself when you cook and occasionally feeding our little cat Ginkgo if we’re not at home 😊

Hi there!
My name is Nick, I’m from Adelaide and I work full time in the disability sector and play tennis on weekends. My partner Gugu is from China and she works full time at a remedial massage clinic. We’re a couple and both live in the front room.
We have a housemate called Sandy who is from Colombia and lives in the other bedroom.
We have a tabby cat called Ginkgo who is very shy at first, she’ll probably hide from you for a few days after you move in so don’t take it personally 😊
And we also have a pet turtle who lives in the backyard.
We don’t mind whether you’re a social person who wants to have dinner and watch movies with us, or if you prefer hanging out in your room.
