This property is one of the nicest I have ever lived in . It’s large . 5 bedrooms , 4 living rooms and 3 bathrooms . It has a large manicured back yard . I have furnished it with everything but bedroom furniture. I have some if needed .
I have a shop selling beautiful rustic furniture ( Balinese style ) so I furnished it accordingly
I have all the mod cons etc . Central heating and ducted air con . Big screen Tvs, beautiful modern kitchen. The upstairs has a really nice view of the hills .
Across the road are a lot of shops in this upmarket suburb . Including an IGA open till 9pm. A nice cafe and a great bakery . Also a pizza bar and a bottle shop .
Also a bus stop that goes directly into the city.
Dulwich is one of the nicest suburbs in Adelaide .

About the flatmates
I am a very quiet guy that appreciates peace . Not to say I don’t enjoy nice music on and people having good conversations . My young friend Artlan is the same way.
We are both straight but I’m not fussed about Flatmates sexual lifestyle.
Their bedroom is their sanctuary .
Myself I am a Pescetarian ( fish but not meat )
but am not bothered by other people’s eating habits . I try and keep a clean tidy house but I’m not fananatical about it .
