Hi there im a youthful 52 year old. Im the owner of the property in which I have lived in since 2006. Large queen size room available with queen size bed side table heater if required. Air purifier. You will need to source a desk. I can provide a chair. I can include a table lamp. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Huge 3 door built in robe. The rent includes all bills. You have access to a large 755 square property with large yard which the owner will take care of. Im pretty quiet. Enjoy a good yarn but also understand the sanctity of "own" time.
