About the flatmates

Hi there. My name is Carlos and I am currently looking for tenants to rent my whole house located in Fulham Gardens, SA 5024. The property has 3 bedrooms and 1 big lounge that suits as another private bedroom, so it can fit 4 people and over. There is an extra large studio room at the back of the property that can accommodate another 1 or 2 people, as well as ample parking for 5 cars.

It is currently advertised by our property manager for $1300 per week (or roughly $310-350 per room), not including bills and unfurnished. Bond is usually 4 weeks worth of rent, but we are open to negotiating this. The property is suitable for Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) workers as it is only a few minutes away from the airport, students given the access to public transport and Universities, or families due to overall convenience to shops and the beach.

The house is now available for rent as soon as possible (can literally start tomorrow). Potential tenants would be screened and officially go through our licensed property manager.
