I am looking for a fellow female student.
The property is located close to public transport. It is close to Marion shopping centre and jetty road in Glenelg. There is a nice small shopping complex at the end of the street with a pharmacy, IGA and bakery. The property has a nice size open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a functional bathroom. I have furnished the unit so all you need to do is furnish your room and pay half of all the bills (e.g electricity and gas).
Bedroom 2 from the floor plan is available, additionally the wall between dining and lounge has been removed.

About the flatmates
I am a second year nursing student who is 19 nearly 20 ans is originally from the country. I am reserved, study hard, quiet but up for a good chat or shared movie. Due to severe nut allergies the house is to be nut free. Additionally smoking, vaping or drug taking is not accepted., also I will be coming and going from the county to the city quite a bit therefore I’m not there all the time.
