🌻🏡Looking for a house mate in Goodwood for 4-5 months stay☕️

Hi, we are looking for 5th housemate in this spacious house in Goodwood.

⚠️if you see this ad, the room is available, hence I’m not replying the message such as “hi is this available?”

⚠️ In stead, please introduce yourself a bit with what you do and your ideal move in and move out date

⚠️this is approx 4 to 5 months, SHORT stay, NOT EXTENDABLE as our original housemate will be back from his holiday

⚠️SINGLE PERSON ONLY

-$160 for the a week, not including bills

-the room will be available from 16th of March to end of July

-fully furnished except the available bedroom ( might be able to get you a bed and desk)

-close to tram stop, bus stops, (less than 5 mins walk to each stops)

-grocery stores and convenience stores near by

-3 toilets and two bathrooms
-big kitchen and living room area with more than enough couches to relax
-street parking available but need to pay a bit to get the permit

-house is not super new but in fair condition
-central heating/ cooling is probably out of order, doesn’t seem it works

We have a couple of friends come over occasionally but definitely not a party house. As we all have different life styles and work schedules, usually we keep to ourselves and like to keep here quiet yet warm atmosphere.

Most importantly we are thriving so hard to keep this house relaxed and comfortable environment, so we’d like to have someone very clean and tidy, willing to contribute to house cleaning in rosters and thoughtful for others well being.

It’s bonus if you have few references from your previous housemates or landlords.

We all are 20s to 30s, working professionals and students.

Sorry no couple to share the room, no pet, no smoking and no party🙅‍♀️
