The house is located right opposite to a school, 5 min walk to bus stop, woolies, hotel, service station, woolies and other food joints. 2 Min drive or 10 min walk to Parade. It's just an unbeatable location.
I am a single Dad, with a visiting child, 2 days a fortnight (alternate weekend).
