I am a full time shift worker so you will have plenty of solo house time.

I am a warm & welcoming human that can hold a lot of space for well grounded people. This is my treasured home & i love to accommodate worthy souls. We will have regular housemate check-ins to see how its all coming together, if it doesn't gel you are welcome to leave before your agreed date with no financial penalty. If you are a knob i will ask you to leave ahead of time, my tolerance for BS is low. Please be mature & respectful while cohabiting, home should be a safe space for everyone.
You will primarily have a bathroom to yourself 90% of the time, shared with occasional guests.
The 3rd bedroom will primarily be vacant, i have family stay from time to time and tend to rent out this room during peak festival season. Over this peak period your bath room will be shared.
