About the property
SHORT TERM ACCOMODATION. This is a short term accomodation as my family is visiting me for a long period of time next year, so I can't offer the room for long periods. Please previous experience living in a share house is required. I am looking for someone that is respectful and tidy. The area is very secure and peaceful.
This 2 bedroom Unit is located in Norwood. Big parklands and nice shops and restaurants.
There is a bus stop just 2 min walking from the unit, it takes you maybe 10 min to go to the city using the bus. It is a very quiet area, 20 min walking distance to the parade where you can buy groceries or go to the cinema. I have a small veggie garden in the front of the house and in the backyard I have a smaller garden. We have a huge couch and a smart tv.
The room has a small closet, a comfy double bed with sheets, pillows and quilt, as you can see your room has a desk and a chair and a bedside table :)
We will share the bathroom so I try to always keep it clean and the bath is amazing during these cold days. As a scientist I care about the environment, so I only ask to be considerate with water and electricity, if you are not using the lights please turn them off.
I do the vacuuming and clean the bathroom every week, you vacuum your room and clean the kitchen or oven after you finish cooking. The kitchen needs to be cleaned and ready for anyone to use the utensils during the day. Not a party house.

About the flatmates
Hello :) my name is Lili and I am a scientist who works full time at the University of Adelaide, sometimes I also work from home but most of the time I work in the office. A little bit about my schedule is go to the gym around 6:00 - 6:30 am and I come back at 7:40 am to take a shower and then go to work from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. I am very friendly, super clean and I like to have the apartment tidy. On the weekends I enjoy going out for a run in the morning, have some breakfast in the city/dinner with my friends or maybe I will just stay at home to watch movies. I am very respectful, so I ask for the same. Talking from previous experiences, I advocate for independence and although it's nice to go out with my housemates, I do like and respect alone time and independent friendships. I like to have harmony in the house, we are coexisting together, I just ask you to be considerate with the day to day issues in a household. If something breaks, I will do the best to coordinate with the landlord to get it fixed or for me to repair.
My lease is finishing at the end of March so I only have short term accomodation.
