This Norwood Townhouse is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the Parade, and close to public transport (15ish minutes on the bus into the city), shops, cafes, gyms and pubs.
The house has living area, including an open plan kitchen, and an additional toilet/laundry, as well as a backyard. This 3 bedroom and shared bathroom house has ducted air conditioning.
The available room will come unfurnished and is 2.8x3.9m with a big built-in wardrobe.
There is plenty of on-street parking in our area.
Bond is $920 and rent will be $411/fortnight. Internet, water and electricity bills are separate and split evenly. No pets allowed sadly.
It is currently on a fixed-term lease. We’re looking for a long term tenant.

Our current housemate is sadly moving out, so we're looking for someone to join us our beautiful Norwood townhouse.
Here’s a little about us…
Sneha: 31y, work full time in the construction industry. Enjoy a good cup of coffee, food, music and being outdoors. Love being around people as well as having space to do my own thing.
Misha: Of course, 27y and from Scotland (she/her). Works full-time in the Events Industry, so her hours can vary and occasionally works out of state. She enjoys checking out new coffee spots, picking up new hobbies/crafts, the occasional evening glass of wine and travelling to new places. Up for social activities together but also values chill time after a busy day.
If you’re interested in checking out our place, please tell us a bit about yourself. We’re looking for someone in their mid-to-late twenties to early-thirties with similar interests. We both enjoy our downtime and respect each other's space, but when we get the chance we like to hang out as a group. We have made many memories and formed a close friendship with our previous housemate and would love to continue the good vibes with you.
