A temporary accommodation is available from early Feb for 3 to 6 months with extension possibility.

I am a mature working professional but I won’t be around most of the duration. You will be staying alone with full access to kitchen and bathroom.

The property will be agent managed.

Big room ($400 plus $50 weekly bills) - staying alone while smaller room is empty but if the smaller room is filled, you pay $350 only plus $50 bills

Small room ($300 plus $50 weekly bills)

My priority for now is renting out the big room for $400 with full access to all facilities and you will be staying alone like a studio. The only request is to water a few plants at the garden (every 1 - 2 weeks depending on weather).

Only single female please. Student or mature female welcome. Preferably no partying or loud music as it’s a group of units to avoid any complaints.
