Prospect is close to shopping, variety of dining experiences with quirky cafes close by, some even at the end of the street.

The home is large and roomy with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout with large undercover entertaining area, large garden for your enjoyment and high speed NBN/Internet included in the rental.
During summer there is a pool, which provided you are a capable swimmer, you are welcome to use.
Quiet and tidy home and certainly not a party house.
Single adult occupant for the room only.
Note that in addition to included NBN, electricity, gas & water, I also provide all toilet paper, tea and coffee and milk, well skim cows milk at least.
This room now has a king single bed and is only suitable for 1 person.

About the flatmates
At the moment I have as housemates:
1 IT professional from Australia.
Another 2 full time employed Australians in different rooms
1 couple from Pakistan
Individual from Argentina
I also live here but have my own office/study area and ensuite.
I will require any new housemate is vaccinated for Covid and have any applicable boosters.
As you can appreciate it is very difficult to isolate in the house.
Having raised 4 children in this house I understand that things happen and break and am pretty chilled and easy going with limited amount of rules.
I want everyone to feel as if it is their home to enjoy.
There are very few house rules, mainly about be thoughtful of others regarding noise etc and no smoking in the house.
Also please keep everything in your room. While the house is large and I have lots of stuff spread across it, I would prefer personal items, including shoes, are kept in the room rather than in passageways. If required happy to buy a shoe rack if you intend to stay for a longer term.
We also now have chickens, but they shouldn't bother anyone, but keep in mind if this could be a problem.
