The home is less than 5km to Adelaide CBD.

Prospect is close to shopping, variety of dining experiences with quirky cafes close by, some even at the end of the street.

Great public transport serviced by the G10 along prospect Road and the 22X buses along Main North Road.

The home is large and roomy with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout with large undercover entertaining area, large garden for your enjoyment and high speed NBN/Internet included in the rental.

The room also has a ceiling fan which has a built-in light with a remote control.

During summer there is a pool, which provided you are a capable swimmer, you are welcome to use.

Quiet and tidy home and certainly not a party house.

Preference is for single adult occupant for the room.

Note that in addition to included NBN, electricity, gas & water, I also provide all toilet paper, tea and coffee and milk, well cow's milk at least.

While the room has a queen size bed, preference is for a single person to stay but happy if you have sleep overs. I'm not your parent.

I do expect trouble free co-existence with the other guests as well as myself and for the kitchen and bathroom to be kept generally tidy.

There is a cleaner that comes once a week to clean my bedroom and the common areas including bathrooms. They can clean your room as well if you happen to be at home or provide specific approval.

Sadly, no pets allowed.
