About the property
It’s a 4 bedroom house with 3 of them currently occupied. There are no AC in the rooms, only in the common areas but for the price and location, it’s worth it. The rooms are small but there are plenty of space in the common areas that you can place your stuff out so long as it’s reasonable and discussed with the others.
Parking is a bit complicated, you can park on the street but you have to follow the bike lane schedule if you don’t want to get an expensive fine.

About the flatmates
It’s a 4 bedroom house, with 4 housemates who come from different backgrounds, and we’re very chill to live with. There are no cleaning schedules, but we clean whenever someone is free and it somehow works well that way. So if you clean up after yourself and is responsible then we’d love to see if you’re a good fit for the house.
I’m Noel, I live with my girlfriend Angela. Both 24. I work full time 6 days a week and Angela works and studies. We’re both Filipino. We like to go to the gym, play valorant, and watch one piece.
Sam is from Italy, he’s 18. he studies and works. He likes to go out, hang with friends, and work out.
