The room on offer is fully furnished with queen bed, desk and chair, hanging robe and tall boy. Only bed sheets and quilt are missing.
The house and kitchen is also fully furnished with all essentials, gas stove and oven, washing machine and dryer. I do not have the Internet but there is a modem if needed.
There is a car space by the house if needed, and also a back garden perfect to chill and have a barbecue.
The house is perfectly located, 2 min walk to the bus stop reaching the city in 20-25min, 7 min walk to the Gawler train line which reaches the city in 10min.
There is Churchill centre and Northpark shopping centre just 5 min away by car.
Regency Tafe is also around the corner.
Rent and bills are shared equally.

Hi there,
I'm originally from France and have migrated Down Under 11 years ago. After travelling most parts of the country, I have since settled in Adelaide.
I am currently working full time in the city with office hours.
I'm looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to share a relaxed home with, who would enjoy chatting or hanging out here and there, while also respecting personal space and downtime.
I have 2 quiet cats, so you will also need to have a genuine liking for cats and wouldn't mind interacting with them or occasionally look after them if needed. Sadly I cannot accept other pets as the owner would not allow any further.
I'm looking for someone that will stay long term, preferably working as well, or studying. FIFO workers also welcome.
